Established in 2002, I’ve been representing Buyers and Sellers in real estate throughout the Denver-metro area. I was a Mortgage Banker for 7 years and Bank REO Asset Manager for 3 years.
This additional experience sets me apart from other Realtors, as it has elevated my knowledge of the lending process for Buyers, as well as refining my marketing / sales and negotiation abilities for Sellers.
As an Asset Manager, I was responsible for representing the banks - Chase, Bear Stearns, and HomEq; where I managed & advised top Realtors across the country, developed marketing strategies for Listing Price, assessed properties for repairs & related bid approvals, and examined and approved purchase contracts nationwide. So, when it comes to pricing a home, I’ve been educated on analyzing market areas from Florida to Hawaii, which in turn has enabled me to price homes in the Denver-metro market precisely where they need to be for maximum profit.
